CA-DIDI PROGRAMS

Over the past five years we have been able to bring back the beloved Soap Box Derby to our area, with Soap Box Cars purchased through a STEM 2035 grant.  Manufacturing Clubs have been building the cars, using the official kits and adhering to strict rules, with a focus on precision, lean manufacturing, and teamwork.  We continue to race in Jamestown twice a year and have brought back the Soap Box Derby to Olean NY - the first time in fifty years!  Last year’s event was exciting, with parents, teachers, drivers, pit-crew, and community members coming together for an exciting historical event!
